a) Coaching Services: Rouzana Attia is a certified NLP and REBT coach, but this does NOT qualify her as a
mental health provider or health professional. Therefore, the services offered by Rozana Attia and Rozana
Manifests FZE-LLC are not intended to replace or substitute for medical or mental health advice, diagnosis,
or treatment.
b) Medical Disclaimer: Our coaching sessions and courses are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent
any disease or condition. We strongly recommend that you seek professional medical or mental health
advice before making any significant decisions or taking any actions based on the information provided
during coaching sessions or courses. By using our coaching services or courses, you acknowledge and agree
to hold Rozana Manifests FZE-LLC, Rouzana Attia, and our employees harmless from any claims or
damages arising out of or in any way related to the use of our services.
c) Mental Health Services: If you are feeling suicidal, homicidal, or at risk of hurting yourself or others, you
agree that you will 1) go to your Local Hospital Emergency Room, or 2) call your country’s national
emergency number. You understand that Rouzana Attia and Rozana Manifests FZE-LLC do not provide
crisis intervention or crisis services. We are not responsible for any decisions or actions taken by our clients
based on the information provided during coaching sessions or courses. You can country-wise list of

may contain some outdated numbers).
d) Limitation of Liability: We want to make it clear that Rouzana Attia, Rozana Manifests FZE-LLC, its
owners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential
damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our coaching services or courses. This
includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or any other financial or personal
losses.
e) No Endorsement: Nothing in our coaching sessions or courses should be construed as a solicitation or
promotion of any product, service, or investment opportunity. We do not endorse any specific product or
service and do not receive any compensation for promoting or recommending any product or service.
f) Testimonials: Any testimonials or reviews present on the Rozana Manifests website or social media
platforms are unverified results provided by some of our clients. Individual results may vary and we cannot
guarantee that you will achieve the same results as our clients. The testimonials and reviews provided are
their personal experiences and opinions, and should not be considered as a guarantee of success.
g) No Recording: Calls are 100% confidential and they will NOT be recorded. All the session notes will be
sent to you after the session.
h) No Refunds: i) Coaching Services: All bookings made for the Services on the website are final, and cannot
be cancelled, reverted, or refunded back for any reason; ii) Courses: All purchases of our courses are made
through Thinkific, a third-party platform, and as such, refunds (if any) will be subject to the refund policy of
Thinkific and not to our policy.
i) General: The website, our courses, sessions, and our services are provided on an “as-is” basis, and Rozana
Manifests (and our licensors and affiliates) expressly DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF PEACE OF MIND,
FINANCIAL GAIN, SAFETY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, about our services or
courses or sessions. In no event shall Rozana Manifests, its owner, affiliates, employees, or agents, be liable
to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of
or in any way connected with the use of our coaching sessions or courses. This includes but is not limited to
loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, mental health issues, cost of availing the substitute services, or
any other financial or personal or mental losses.
