Refund Policy

This is the Cancellation & Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) of Rozana Manifests and is
applicable when any service and/or session is booked on our website - https://rozanamanifests.com/ or through
Calendly (hereinafter referred to as the “website” or “site”).

All bookings on our website (and/or through Calendly) are governed by this Policy, and all cancellations and/or
rescheduling must be made in accordance with this Policy. Please read this carefully before booking any of our
service or session.

This Policy shall be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions posted on our website.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF THIS POLICY
By booking our services through our website or Calendly, you hereby represent that you have read,
understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy, and our Terms & Conditions, and any future updates
and additions to these policies, as published from time to time at the website or as otherwise may be
communicated to you.

2. PRICING DISCLAIMER
We reserve the right update our pricing from time to time at our sole discretion. The new pricing will
take effect from the time we update the same on our website, or communicate to you, whichever is earlier.
Any session already booked and paid at the older price will continue to be honored.

3. RESHEDULING
a) Clients can reschedule their coaching session up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.
b) To reschedule a session, clients must contact Rozana Manifests via email at
coachingwithrose@gmail.com and request the change.
c) There is no charge for rescheduling a session if it is done at least 24 hours in advance.
d) If a client reschedules a session less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time, it will be
considered a cancellation (see Section 4 below).
e) Rozana Manifests will make every effort to accommodate the client's rescheduling request, but
the rescheduled session time will be subject to availability.
f) If the client fails to attend the rescheduled session, it will be considered a no-show (see Section 4 below).
g) If a coaching session cannot be conducted by us due to unforeseen circumstances, the session
will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.

4. NO CANCELLATION OR REFUND
a) No Cancellation:
The session once booked cannot be cancelled by you. However, you can
conveniently reschedule the same as per Section 3 above.
b) Failure to show up: If a client fails to show up to a scheduled session, the session will be
cancelled and will NOT be rescheduled. It is the client's responsibility to attend the session at
the appointed time.
c) Late arrivals: Sessions will start at the appointed time. Clients have up to 10 minutes after the
scheduled start time to join the call. If a client does not join within 10 minutes, the session will
be cancelled and CANNOT be rescheduled.
d) Rescheduling by Rozana Manifests: If a coaching session cannot be conducted by us due to
unforeseen circumstances, the session will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
e) Refunds: Rozana Manifests does not offer refunds for coaching sessions for any reason
whatsoever, including without limitation, dissatisfaction with the services, or changes in the
client's circumstances. However, in case of any issues, we encourage you to reach out to us at
coachingwithrose@gmail.com.
f) Membership Cancellation: The commitment period means that you are legally responsible for paying for the subscription fees for the entire duration of the commitment period or pay an early termination fee if you cancel earlier. All payments are required to be completed according to the commitment period even if the membership is cancelled by the Client.

In the event that the Client removes their card or takes any action to avoid recurring or membership or subscription payments, a legal action will be taken immediately by Rozana Manifests.

5. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Unless provided by the relevant statute, rules, or directives applicable to the jurisdiction in which you
reside, in case of any claims, disputes or controversies arising out of or in relation to the services, or this
Policy, the same shall be dealt with as per the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution clause as
mentioned in the Terms & Conditions posted on our website.

6. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY
We may add to or change or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time, from time to time,
entirely at our own discretion, with or without any prior written notice. You are responsible for checking
this Policy periodically. Your use of our services after any amendments to this Policy shall constitute
your acceptance to such amendments.
